How To Request Deletion

1. Email battabi2024@gmail.com from your registered email address if possible.
2. Write the subject: Battabi Account Deletion Request.
3. Include your Battabi User ID, registered phone number or email address, and your username.
4. You may include a reason for deletion, but this is optional.
5. Our support team may ask for verification before deleting the account to protect users from unauthorized requests.

What May Be Deleted

Deletion may remove or anonymize your profile, account information, avatar, public profile data, room participation data where possible, family or agency relationship data, reportable message data where legally possible, gift history shown in the app, and other personal data connected to your account.

Records We May Need To Keep

Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, payment records, chargeback handling, wallet and transaction history, legal obligations, security, moderation enforcement, child safety, dispute resolution or abuse prevention.

Coins, Purchases and Digital Items

Deleting an account may remove access to coins, gifts, VIP/SVIP, aristocracy benefits, premium ID history, frames, entries and other digital items. Digital purchase and transaction records may be retained where required by payment, tax, fraud prevention or legal rules.

Processing Time

We will review deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible. Some requests may take longer if account ownership must be verified, if there are open payment disputes, or if safety or legal records must be preserved.
