1. Information We May Collect

• Account information, such as user ID, username, profile photo, email address or phone number if provided, country, language, account status and login records.
• Profile and social information, such as avatar, badges, VIP/SVIP status, aristocracy status, premium ID, family, agency, followers, friends and public profile activity.
• Voice room activity, such as room participation, microphone seat actions, room roles, moderation actions, gifts, challenges, reports and room interaction records.
• Private message safety records when available, such as reports, block actions, moderation flags and abuse review records.
• Device and app information, such as device model, operating system, app version, Firebase notification token, crash logs, diagnostics and basic security data.
• Payment and digital purchase records, such as Google Play Billing transactions, recharge records, coins, gifts, VIP/SVIP, aristocracy, entries, frames and premium ID purchase history.
• Safety and moderation information, such as user reports, bans, mutes, restrictions, fraud checks, anti-spam signals and AI moderation results when enabled.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to operate Battabi Voice Chat, provide voice rooms, manage accounts, process purchases, deliver notifications, prevent fraud, enforce community guidelines, improve performance, protect users and respond to support requests.

3. Firebase Notifications and Diagnostics

Battabi may use Firebase services for push notifications, app diagnostics, crash reporting and basic analytics. Firebase tokens are used to deliver notifications and improve app reliability.

4. Google Play Billing

Battabi may use Google Play Billing to process digital purchases. Purchase validation, coins, gifts and premium benefits must be verified by the backend server. Android does not directly grant final wallet balances without server validation.

5. Coins, Gifts and Wallet Records

Coin purchases, gift sending, diamonds, wallet changes, recharge requests, withdrawals and related transaction records may be stored to provide the service, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and comply with payment or legal obligations.

6. Moderation, Reports and AI Safety

Battabi may use human moderation and automated safety tools, including AI moderation when enabled, to detect spam, scams, harassment, unsafe behavior, abusive content, fake recharge attempts and serious safety reports. Final enforcement actions may be reviewed by Owner/Admin according to platform rules.

7. Child Safety

Battabi Voice Chat is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Content or behavior involving child exploitation, grooming, sextortion, trafficking of minors or endangering children is strictly prohibited.

Users can report child safety concerns in-app or by email. Reports involving CSAE or CSAM may result in content removal, account restriction, account ban, evidence preservation where legally required and reporting to competent authorities as required by applicable law.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell user personal data. We may share limited information with service providers needed for hosting, payment processing, notifications, analytics, moderation, fraud prevention, security or legal compliance.

9. Data Protection and Retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. We keep data only as long as needed for service operation, safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, legal compliance or legitimate business purposes.

10. Account Deletion Requests

Users can request account deletion by emailing battabi2024@gmail.com with their User ID and registered email or phone number. Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, payment records, legal obligations, safety or security reasons.
